Status messages shown for scheduled pickups in the Pickup Status tool are retrieved from UPS. Here's a list of status messages you may see:
- Your pickup request is being processed.
- Your pickup request has been received and a UPS driver will be scheduled to pickup your package(s).
- Your pickup request has been successfully completed.
- Your request has not been completed. Please try again.
- The assigned UPS driver was unable to pick up your package(s). If you still need to have your package(s) picked up, please reschedule your pickup at UPS.com or 1-800-PICK-UPS.
- Your pickup request has been cancelled.
- Order has invalid order status.
