Review and respond to your existing cases

My Cases lists your support cases opened using the 'Open a Case' option when contacting Customer Support.

You can sort your case list by status, time opened, case number, domain, or subject.

Active cases are open. Pending cases have been responded to and will close automatically unless you add a new comment.

If your case is closed and you still need help,please open a new case.
