Address Categories
You have three different types of categories you can add contacts to, letting you display or hide contacts from your recipients as you see fit.

This field is always visible.
- Used for primary recipients.
- Email addresses will be visible to all recipients.
- Replying to all will include these addresses.
Important: It's required to add at least one contact to this field.
CC (Carbon Copy)
Click CC on the right to display this field.
- Used for secondary recipients.
- Email addresses will be visible to all recipients.
- Replying to all will include these addresses.
BCC (Blind Carbon Copy)
Click BCC on the right to display this field.
- Used to send a private copy of the email to recipients.
- Keep a contact in the loop but don't let anyone know about it. - Email addresses will not be visible to any recipients.
- Replying to all will not include these addresses.
Adding Contacts to outgoing messages
Once you've decided what category you should include your contacts in, it's time to add contacts.
Auto-complete
Auto-complete is the fastest way to add a handful of contacts.
- Click into the To, CC, or BCC field.
- Enter part of a contact's name or email address.
- A list of contacts appears as you type. - Press the Enter key to pick the top contact or select a contact.
- The contact appears in the address field.
Choose Contacts window
The Choose Contacts dialog is best for adding several contacts.
- Click the To, CC, or BCC link in the address field.
- The Choose Contacts dialog opens. - Select a list of contacts from the menu.
- Contained contacts will be displayed. - Select the checkbox beside the desired contacts.
- Click the Done button.
The contacts will be inserted into the address field you selected.
Contacts page
You can compose a new message directly from the Contacts page.
- Click the Contacts icon.
- Select the checkboxes next to the contacts you want to email.
- Click the Email Contacts button.
A new email message window will appear, addressed to the selected contacts.
