Under each user's name in your Access Manager, you'll see a status. Users able to access your account with the role you have assigned are labeled Active and expired users are labeled Expired.
The Pending label appears when an invitation has been sent to a user to access your account, but that user has not yet accepted your invitation. We send an invitation when you complete the user's profile with both an email address and a role. When the user receives your invitation, they must click a link to begin the activation process, then accept our terms of service to activate access.
Each invitation is valid for one week. Until the user accepts your invitation, that user is marked as Pending. If they accept your invitation within a week, their status will change from Pending to Active.
