No. After you have created a classic Domain Starter Page or all-new Domain Starter Page, you cannot delete it; however, you can deactivate your Starter page by setting up a domain forward. When you forward your domain, your site visitors will bypass your Starter page and arrive on the destination page of another web site that you specify when you set up your forward. We will save your Starter page so you can reactivate it anytime.

Note: Although you cannot change a theme in your all-new Domain Starter Page, you can make changes to page elements--such as colors and widgets--to give it a new look. If you do wish to change the theme itself, you will need to upgrade your plan to Website Builder Basic or Professional. You can do so by clicking the Upgrade Now button when you publish.
