Whether you're a new customer signing up for a new domain, or an existing customer adding another domain, the process is nearly identical. Begin these steps below by accessing the Turbify Domains sign up page.
Sign up for, or add a new Domains account
- Visit the Domains sign up page.
- Enter a domain name in the Search domains field then click the Search button.
- If your domain is available, click the Add to Cart icon.
If your domain name is not available, another domain name will be suggested. If you choose this domain, click the Add to Cart button. If you wish to see other suggestions, click the Down arrow.
- Select the service term and mark the checkbox if you also wish to sign up for Private Domain Registration.
- Click the Continue button.
- You may be asked to sign in with your login ID and password. Or you can click the Create an account link if you are a new Turbify customer.
- Choose your billing method by selecting Credit Card or PayPal then enter the information. Note: If you choose a payment method already on file, you'll have an option to select that method.
- Mark the checkbox if your domain contact information is the same as your billing information. If not, you will be prompted to enter your domain contact information. Click the Continue button when ready.
- Review the Recurring charges, accept the Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy, and then click the Submit payment button.
That's it! Your new domain(s) will be ready to configure in minutes. Be aware that your domain won't be propagated across the internet for at least 24, up to 72 hours.
Use a domain you already own with a Turbify plan
The inbound transfer of an existing domain for use with a Turbify Domains account is not supported. You can use an existing domain when signing up for Business Mail, Web Hosting, or ecommerce plans. Learn more.
Note: When you use your existing domain with a Turbify plan, you are not transferring your domain to Turbify unless you take the steps to do so. Your current provider will continue to renew your domain, and you'll pay any associated fees to that provider. Learn how to transfer your domain to Turbify.
After you've placed your order, you'll need to associate your domain name with your new hosting and email services.
