Merchant Solutions is essentially two accounts in one -- a Store v.1 and a Web Hosting account. Each account has its own address under your main domain. The following table provides an example of where pages in each account reside by default:

You have the option to switch your domain traffic so that visitors to your domain name (www.widgetdesigns.com) will be directed to your Web Hosting home page (site.widgetdesigns.com) if you choose to build using your own tools rather than the Store Editor.
