Catalog Manager advanced search filters let you apply table name, attribute, and condition filters individually or in combination to one or more tables, to generate a filtered list of search results.
In the example below, we'll locate all items in the default-table for which the product condition is New.
Locate and filter products
- Sign in to your My Services page.
- Click the Store link.
- Go to Catalog Manager.
- From the Manage Products page, click the Advanced search link, located to the right of the quick search field.
- On the Advanced Search page:
- For the Show results that match setting, click the All of the following radio button
- Using the Table Name filter list, select default-table.
- Using the Attribute filter list, select condition.
- Using the Condition filter list, select exactly matches.

A list of matching products will be displayed in the search results. If you wanted to locate products matching this criteria in an additional table, while also displaying the results for the default-table, you would:

Once you've performed your search, you may edit or delete products directly from your search results. When editing products directly from the advanced search results, you may:
- Open all products displayed onscreen for editing, by clicking the Edit All button.
- Edit an individual product by clicking on its linked product ID
Note: The Edit Selected option is disabled for advanced search results, as products listed in the search results may be from multiple tables and may not use the same attributes.
For more information about editing and deleting products, please see the following help pages:
If you wish, you may download the products listed in your search results as a .csv file by clicking on the Download icon located near the top right of the screen.
Note: You should not use the .csv files that result from searches performed on more than one table to update your product catalog via .csv upload. Uploading a .csv file that contains products from multiple tables will result in an error.
