When you publish Catalog Manager, your product information goes live on your web site.
Remember to go to the Publish tab and publish your changes to save your most current info. Always publish after you add, edit, or update your product data. Learn more.
When you click Publish Catalog in Catalog Manager, only your product data is updated. Your web page design and layout don't change.
Note: When there is a Resync Store Cache button instead of the Publish Catalog button in Catalog Manager, just click Resync Store Cache to resync the items in Catalog Manager and Store Editor. This will help prevent any potential publishing or product feed issues.
After clicking Resync Store Cache, the Publish Catalog button will again appear whenever new edits are made in Catalog Manager or Store Editor.
At the end of the summer, Acme for Kids decides to lower prices on some White Star Baby T-shirts in colors that haven't sold out. They click the Publish tab, review their unpublished changes by clicking the Show unpublished changes link, then click the Publish Catalog button to update their price change on the White Star Baby T-shirt item page. Shoppers will see the new prices immediately. It's that simple.
