Re-running the Design Wizard will only reset settings specific to a template theme that have been customized. Custom settings that are not specific to the template theme will not be overwritten.

For example; if you've added an image header to your pages, you must re-upload this image header. Similarly, if you've customized text link colors that are specific to a template theme, the colors for these text links will be reset to the default theme colors. However, if you've specified the color for a page element not specific to the template theme, or added content to your pages, these will not be reset by the Design Wizard.
