If you're using standard Editor 2.0 templates, you'll need to add RTML operators to your templates to enable promotions on your site. If you don't know what template version you're using, find out how to check your template version. If you're using custom templates that have been designed and are maintained by a developer, we recommend contacting your developer about installing the RTML operators required for promotions created in Promotions Center.
Note: Turbify doesn't support RTML modification and template customization, and due to the many variations that can exist within customized templates, can't provide specific instructions about how to install these RTML operators in your store templates.
If you're comfortable with making template customizations and with modifying RTML, you may use the instructions in the help pages below as a guideline for adding the SUPER-LOADER, PROMO-HOME, PROMO-ITEMPAGE, PROMO-CATEGORY, and PROMO-ITEM RTML operators to your store templates.
