Coupon Manager is available for creating and managing coupons. However, the Orders, Revenue and Conversions columns in the manager remain temporarily unavailable.

Sort a coupon list

You can sort coupons by number of Orders, Revenue, Coupon Code, Type, Expiration Date, and Conversion Rate. To sort coupons using one of these options, click on the column heading in Coupon Manager. An arrow will be displayed beside the current sorting option.

Filter a coupon list

Coupon lists may be filtered using two different filter sets:

• Coupon Status – choose to display only Active coupons, Expired coupons, Both Active and Expired coupons, or All coupons (includes deleted coupons).

• Time Period – choose to display coupon data for the Last 7 days, the Last 30 days, the Last 365 days, or specify a custom date range. Note: Order and revenue data associated with a coupon may be delayed up to 24 hours.

To apply a coupon filter, select the filter option's radio button and click the Apply Filter button. You may apply both a coupon status filter and a time period filter to the coupon list at the same time. For example, you may wish to view only active coupons from the last 30 days.

Filtered coupon lists may also be sorted by number of Orders, Revenue, Coupon Code, Type, Expiration Date, and Conversion Rate.

Download a coupon list

You may download store coupon lists using the Download Filtered List button located near the top right of the Coupon Manager screen.
