Current Turbify customers can always contact Customer Experience from our Contact Support page. Make sure you're signed in with the login email ID associated with your Turbify service. Once you select a topic with which you need help, you'll find options to get in touch with us 24/7 via online tickets, phone, and chat, depending on your subscription(s) and the topic selections you make.
If you use the Turbify Business Maker product, you can also just click the Chat tab in your dashboard.
