Turbify supports Mail Order Manager 3.0 and 4.0 (at least).
Save the exported file to a convenient folder or your desktop. If your account name is acme, it will be named acme_mom.csv.
Open M.O.M., and choose "File/Import." An invoice will be created for each order.
