If you find that transfer authorization email was sent to the wrong email address, don't worry: You can start the transfer process again after you correct your contact information.

The authorization request sent in that email will expire after 5 days if you don't take any action. After the authorization expires, you can start the transfer process again from your Domain Control Panel.

We'll ask you to confirm your registrant or administrative contact email address before you initiate your transfer. Our domain registration partner, Tucows, will look to your public domain records (WHOIS) for the right email address.
