Set items as unorderable

Learn how to prevent products from being ordered.

Set items as unorderable

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Click the Store link.
    The Store link is under Control Panels.
  3. Go to Store Editor.
    The Store Editor link is under Edit.
  4. Navigate to the page for the item that you wish to make unorderable.
  5. Click the Edit button.
    The Edit button.
  6. Under Object properties, locate the Orderable variable.
    The Order variable.
  7. From the pull-down menu, set the Orderable variable to No.
    Set the Orderable variable to No.
  8. Click the Update button.
    The Update button.
  9. Publish when ready.
    The Publish Options button.
    Note: To make the item orderable again, just repeat the process, but set the Orderable variable to Yes in step 7.

Note: If you have many items that you wish to make unorderable, you can do so all at once by downloading and uploading your product catalog. After publishing your catalog, remember to publish Store Editor as well.
