How do I create a database?

Add a new database using phpMyAdmin.

Create a new database

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Click the Web Hosting link.
    Web Hosting Link.
  3. Click the MySQL Databases link in the Databases module. MySQL Databases Link.
  4. Enter a name for your database in the New Database field. Database Name.
  5. Click the Create Database button.
    Create Database Button.
  6. You'll get a message confirming that the database has been added.
    Your database has been created.
    The new database will be included in the Current Databases list.Current Database List.
