Add additional shipping carriers

Learn how to set up custom delivery options in your order details page.

Merchants have an option to add additional shipping carriers (other than UPS, FedEX, USPS, DHL) to their order details.

Add additional shipping carriers

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Click the Store link.
    The Store link is under Control Panels.
  3. Go to Shipment & Order Status.
    The Shipment & Order Status link is under Order Settings.
  4. Click the Advanced Settings tab.
    The Advanced Settings tab.
  5. In the Additional Shipping Carriers field, add any additional shipping carriers you wish to use other than UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.

  6. Click the Update button.
    The Update button.
  7. Return to Store Manager and publish your Order Settings.
