The DNS (Domain Name System) records control the functionality of domain names. Each registered domain name has a DNS record that includes MX, A, TXT, SRV, and CNAME records and name servers.

Note: For Website Builder plans, there won't be a Domains link in the Dashboard if there's no domain connected to your site.

Access your DNS records

1. Sign in to your Domain Control Panel.
2. All of your advanced DNS settings are accessible on the Settings tab on the Domain Summary page: MX, A, TXT, SRV, and CNAME records and name servers.

Changing DNS records is recommended only for advanced users. Although Turbify is unable to provide details or troubleshooting hints for third-party DNS records, you can always contact support for the third-party service for assistance. Please note that any changes that you make to your advanced DNS settings can interrupt your Turbify service.
