Merchants who are registered with UPS and who also have UPS negotiated account-based rates can choose which rates they wish to display in the UPS Ship Tool while processing shipments: their negotiated rates, the UPS published rates, or both.
Note: Not all merchants registered with UPS are eligible for negotiated rates. Only merchants with negotiated rates, whose UPS Rate Code is recognized by UPS as being eligible for negotiated rates, will be able to display negotiated rates in checkout and in the UPS Ship Tool. Contact your UPS account manager and provide your UPS Rate Code from the UPS Shipping Settings section of the Settings page. The UPS Rate Code is case-sensitive, and must be provided exactly as it is displayed on the Settings page. After your UPS account manager has activated your UPS Rate Code, you'll be able to set your preferences in the Rates Used in Checkout and Rates Shown in the UPS Ship Tool fields.

Negotiated rates not shown in UPS Ship Tool
Did you select to show your UPS negotiated rates in the UPS Ship Tool when processing a shipment, but instead, you're seeing UPS published rates? This is a known issue that can only be resolved by UPS. It affects all ecommerce platforms that integrate with UPS to display negotiated rates. Please contact your UPS Account Manager for assistance.
