Although the user has received your email or print invitation, the user must still take a few steps to activate the email address, and change the status to Active in your Email Control Panel. If the user follows these steps after receiving the invitation, the Email Control Panel status will update to Active. If the user has any questions, he or she can visit our Help Pages.
Note: The user must click the account setup link in the invitation, then accept the Terms of Service. As soon as the user does this, the email address will be active.
