If you can access your business mail messages using your POP mail client, but your messages do not appear in your mailbox when you access your account using the Yahoo interface, you most likely need to adjust your POP configuration. Most POP mail clients give you the option to either leave copies of messages you download to your computer on the mail server to which they were delivered, or to delete them from the server when they are downloaded to the POP client.
In this case, you'll want to change your settings to leave copies of your messages on the mail server instead of deleting them when downloading the messages in your POP mail client.

To learn how to configure email server deletion settings, consult the email program's help files for your program.
Note: You may be able to retrieve your deleted messages by signing in to your business email account online. After signing in, check the Trash folder. Deleted messages may still be in the Trash folder up to 7 days after they were deleted. You can also submit a request for Yahoo Mail to retrieve any deleted messages that you cannot locate. Important: Make sure to sign in with your business email address when submitting the request.
