Customer Ratings allow you to see how your customers rate their shopping experience. When a customer submits the rating form for your store, the rating information shows up in a bar graph in the Customer Ratings section of Store Manager.
Select the Enable radio buttonin the Ratings section and enter the email address(es) (one per line if entering multiple) at which you want to receive customer ratings.
Click the Save button.
Return to Store Manager and publish your Order Settings.
