View the order to which you wish to apply the refund.
In the all new Order Manager, click the order number link in the ID column.
In classic Order Manager, enter the order number in the View field then click the View button.
The individual order page will show a Process through PayPal panel if PayPal was the payment method. Enter the amount to refund in the Amount field then click the Refund Transaction button. Note: This button only shows after you've captured funds.
The transaction will process, and the status will display for you on a confirmation screen. If successful, the transaction will be marked OK. After clicking the OK button to return to the Order Review page, you'll see Refund in the Payment section of the page.
