API domain name changes
As part of the recent acquisition of Yahoo Small Business and rebranding to Turbify, we are working behind the scenes to technically separate from Yahoo. As part of these upgrades, we are changing the domain name used for APIs. The domain names are changing from the existing .ysbapis.io as a primary domain to .turbifyapis.io.
Today you can start using the new domain names listed below. The old domains will continue to work until June 14, 2023 after which they will be retired. We recommend you start moving your third-party applications to use the new domain names as soon as possible to avoid interruptions to your services and integrations.

IP addresses for real-time integrations
If you're using any of the real-time integrations (including inventory, shipping and tax, or order delivery), Turbify servers make calls to your secure web server. If you're using a firewall configuration that requires whitelisting the IP ranges of Turbify servers involved in the real-time integration, you'll need to add the following addresses:
52.89.44.13
52.73.246.40
52.0.50.252
52.20.227.151
52.21.143.68
52.21.142.28
If you don't add these IP addresses to your whitelist, posts from these servers may be rejected by your firewall. Depending on the real-time integrations you're using:
- Order delivery may be delayed until Turbify resends orders from an IP address appearing on the white-list. (Your administrator may be receiving email communication errors.)
- Orders will be rejected if using real-time inventory calls and you've set to reject orders when the server is unreachable.
- Orders won't have shipping and tax charges added if using the real-time tax and shipping integration and your server isn't set to accept calls from the IP ranges listed above. (If set up, your administrator may be receiving email communication errors).
Note: If you are not sure about the impact please talk to your developer partner and discuss these changes.
