Over time, you may notice changes in the Cross-Sell Items being recommended in combination with Selected Items. Auto-suggestions based on sales history (orders) currently refresh on a weekly basis. Auto-suggestions based on navigation (product view) history refresh nightly.
Changes in auto-suggested Cross-Sell items reflect changes in your store's sales and navigation history, based on the most current information.
Note: Cross-Sell Manager is available only with Merchant Solutions Standard, Professional, and Store v.1 packages.
