If your store does not use Checkout & Registration Manager, you must set up cross-sell rules before items can be displayed on your cart page.
You must set up cross-sell rules, enable auto-suggest for your cart page, or both, before items can be displayed on this page. If Cross-Sell has been disabled for your cart page, you may enable it using Cross-Sell Manager.
Enable Cross-Sell in the shopping cart
- Sign in to your My Services page.
- Click the Store link.
- Click the Cross-Sell link appearing in the Promote column.
- Click on the Edit button in the Shopping Cart Display area at the top of the page.
- On the Shopping Cart Display Options page:
- Choose the Display radio button beside Cross-Sell.
- Choose to turn Auto-Suggest On or Off.
- Customize your product area appearance by editing the Header text, and selecting the maximum number of items to display (up to 100).
- Choose default Pricing Labels, or customize them.
- Click the Update button.
- Verify your changes in Cross-Sell Manager.
- Publish your Order Settings.
Order Settings must be published the first time you add Cross-Sell to your shopping cart page.
Note: Cross-Sell Manager is available only with Merchant Solutions Standard, Professional, and Store v.1 packages.
