When creating rules in Cross-Sell Manager, the Selected Items and Cross-Sell Items pull-down menus will each display up to a maximum of 100 store items. Merchants whose stores carry more than 100 products will not see their complete inventory in these menus, and may prefer to create and upload rules in a table, using a CSV spreadsheet.

Note: Items that do not have an item code or item name, and items that use item codes formatted with spaces, will not display in the Selected Items and Cross-Sell Items drop-down lists.
