Simple Promotional Email uses information from the Header-background-color variable in Store Editor to set the email's banner background color. You may change this banner background color by editing the Header-background-color variable in Store Editor.

Heads-up: If using Design Wizard-based templates, any change you make to the Header-background-color variable will also be applied to your store pages.

Edit the Header-background-color variable

1. Sign in to your My Services page.
2. Click the Store link.
   
3. Go to Store Editor.
   
4. Go to Variables.
   
5. In the Header-background-color variable, click the choose a color link and select the color you'd like your banner background for Simple Promotional Email to be.
   
6. Click the Update button.
   
7. Publish Store Editor.
   
   Note: Making changes in Variables will require a full publish. Learn more.
