Two coupon options are available in Simple Promotional Email:
- Create a new coupon
- Do not include a coupon.
Note: To allow shoppers to use coupons, the coupon field must be enabled in the checkout pages of Checkout & Registration Manager. In most cases, the coupon field is enabled by default. If the coupon field has been disabled, go to the Page Configuration section of Checkout & Registration Manager and enable the Coupon Code / Promotional Code field, then publish your store. Please see Adding, hiding and editing fields in sections for more information.
