This page lets you choose which US states and other countries customers are allowed to use for their shipping and billing addresses. Update your settings as described below:
Default list of countries - This is a list of countries that Turbify has determined to have fewer fraud issues.
US Only - This includes all 50 states, US territories such as Puerto Rico, and military addresses (APOs/FPOs).
US-Only select states - Customers will only see the states you select from the state selection list when they go to check out. If you wish to only limit states that can be selected for a shipping address but allow any US state for a billing address, check the the Do not limit allowed Billing Address states checkbox.
US-Only selected states and Canada - Same as above, but also allows customers to enter Canadian addresses for billing and/or shipping. If you wish to only limit states that can be selected for a shipping address, and wish to allow a buyer to enter any US state for a billing address, enable the Do not limit allowed Billing Address states checkbox.
All countries except selected - Addresses from any country except for those selected may be used as a shipping and/or billing address.
Only selected countries - Addresses from only those selected countries may be used as a shipping and/or billing address.
Complete list of countries - This is the full list of countries. Note: To select multiple items from the list, hold down the Ctrl (PC) or Cmd (Mac) key while clicking each one.
When you are finished, click the Update button on the bottom-left of the page.
Return to Store Manager and publish your Order Settings.
