How do I split a shipment to enter 2 tracking numbers?

There may come a time when you'll need to split a shipment and send more than one tracking number for a single item. If a buyer only ordered one item but needs two tracking number fields, you can simply add a dummy item to the order to get the second tracking field.

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Click the Store link.
    The Store link is under Control Panels.
  3. Go to Orders.
    The Orders link is under Process.
  4.  Access the order in question:
    • In the all new Order Manager, click an order number link in the ID column.

    • In classic Order Manager, enter an order number in the View field then click the View button.

  5. Click the Modify button.

  6. On the Modify screen, click the Add button towards the middle of the page.

  7. There is no need to enter a product name or code. Click the Done button in the upper right hand corner. You'll be taken back to the order.

  8. Click the Multiple Shipments button on the order.

  9. Now you'll have an additional Tracking Number field. Add the tracking numbers then click the Update button.
