Learn how to create a printer-friendly version of a message in your mailbox.

Print a message in Full-featured Mail

  1. Sign in to your business email account.
  2. Open an email you'd like to print.
  3. Click the three dot icon.
    Click this icon to see more options.
  4. Select Print.
    The Print link.
  5. Click the Print button.
    Chrome

    Firefox
    The Print button in Firefox.
  6. Follow your browser's prompts to finish printing the email.
Note: You can also click the the three dot icon on the bottom of the message then click Print.

Print a message in Basic Mail

  1. Sign in to your business email account.
  2. Open an email you'd like to print.
  3. Click Printable view in the upper-right.
    The Printable view link.
  4. Click the Print button.
