Switch from Full-featured Mail to Basic Mail

Note: If you have links in your signature, then switch from Full-featured Mail to Basic Mail, the links will be removed. Check out our Help Page about Basic Mail's limitations and why you'd be prompted to use that version.

1. In Full-featured Mail, click the Settings menu icon.
   
2. Click Switch to basic Mail.
   
3. From the pull-down menu select the reason that you wish to switch back, enter feedback in the text field, then click the Switch to basic Mail button. It will automatically switch to Basic Mail.
   

Switch from Basic Mail to Full-featured Mail

If you're using the Basic version of Yahoo Mail:

1. Click the Switch to the newest Yahoo Mail link in the upper-right corner.
