On the Turbify System Status page you can review known system issues that may impact your account. If you find that you are experiencing an issue that's listed on the System Status page, click the I'm Affected button next to the issue in question. This will automatically create a case for you.
After clicking the I'm Affected button, you will be given a Case Number. You will be notified at the email address you are signed in with (your login ID) when the issue is resolved. Note: You can also check the System Status page at any time to see if the issue is resolved.
