How do I update a user's profile?

You can update a user's profile anytime from the Access Manager.

Update user profile

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Click the Access Manager link.
    The Access Manager link is under Control Panels.
  3. Click anywhere on the User's Card to view their profile.The User's Card
  4. Modify the user's Name/Nickname, EmailExpiration, or User Role/AccessLearn more about adding roles.
    Update User Profile.
  5. Click the Save button.

Note: When you update a user's profile or role, we'll send an email letting that person know about the changes. If you've changed the email address, we'll send that person an invitation to access your account and hold the invitation as pending until the user's profile is complete.
