Analytics for listings tracked by Localworks can be found on the Reports and Dashboard pages of the Analytics tab.

View your listing statistics

1. Sign in to your My Services page.
2. Click the Dashboard link.
   
3. Select your business location.
   
4. Click the Analytics tab. You'll be taken to the Dashboard page automatically. Click the Activity and Reports links to see additional information.

The Reports page will allow you to select from 23 Basic Reports that show you various performance details for your listing on directories tracked by Localworks:

Click any report title to view the results.

You have multiple options to customize your data.

• Metrics: The kinds of data the report should include. Specify up to 10 values.
• Dimensions: Determines how the data will be grouped. Specify up to 3 values.
• Date Range: Change the range to the last 14 days, last 30 days, last month or set a custom date range.
• Filters: Add filters to a specific location, traffic source, listing or social media platform

Once configured, you can save your customized report.

Graph Type

The Graph Type options give you a variety of ways to visualize your report data.

The Dashboard page will display a number of charts to visualize your analytical information. You have options to customize your layout by clicking the Edit Layout button and can add more charts by clicking Pin Report to Dashboard.

Note: After signing up for Localworks, it may take 1-2 weeks for your listing performance data to be displayed on the Listing Performance page. During this time, your performance data is being retrieved from across the directories included in Localworks. Once retrieved, this data is processed and verified, and then displayed to you.
