How do I delete my domain redirect?

Learn how to remove the redirect which points your unique web address to another.

Domain redirects allows you to redirect your domain name to another website. You can delete your domain redirect from the Domain Control Panel or from cPanel.

Note: Domain redirects are only available on Domains, Custom Mailbox, Business Mail, Web Hosting, and WordPress hosting plans.

Delete your domain Redirect for Business Mail and Domains Only

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Click the Domain link.
    The Domain link is under Control Panels.
  3. Select the Domain Redirects tab.

  4. Under Action, click the Delete icon for your domain forward.
    The Delete icon is to the right of the redirect destination address. 
  5. In the Delete domain redirects dialog, confirm deletion by clicking the Delete button.

Delete your Domain Redirect for Web Hosting 

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Click the Web Hosting link.
    The Web Hosting link under Control Panels.
  3. Click Redirects in the Domains module.

  4. Under Current Redirects, click Delete for the redirect that you want to remove.

  5. Click the Remove Redirect button to confirm the removal. The redirect will be removed immediately.
