Add a partner to your store's API access list

Learn how to add an API partner in Real-time Links.

Before you can add a partner to your store's API access list, the partner must provide you with their Partner ID. If you want to make your own API calls, you must add your own Partner ID to your store's API access list. Learn how to apply for a Partner ID.

Note: Merchant Solutions APIs are available with Merchant Solutions Standard, Professional, and Store v.1 packages.

Add a Partner ID to your store's API access list

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Click the Store link.
    The Store link is under Control Panels.
  3. Go to Real-Time Links.
    The Real-Time Links link is under Order Settings.
  4. Go to API Settings.
    The API Settings link.
  5. Click the Add New Partner button.
    The Add New Partner button.
  6. In the Add Partner dialog:
    • Enter the Partner ID in the Partner ID field.
    • Click the Next button.
    The Partner ID field.
  7. Select which APIs the partner may access.
    Select the APIs.
  8. Click the Next button.
    The Next button.
  9. Accept the Terms of Service.
  10. A partner access token will be generated. Click the Show/Hide Token link to view the token.

Once you add the Partner ID, the token will also appear for the partner in their Manage Partner Tokens tool. If needed, you can email a copy of the token to the partner.
