How can customers update their account information?

Learn how your registered customers can edit their user information.

Customers may update their user information for their registered store account by signing into their store account and accessing their Account Settings tab. If you are providing these instructions to one of your customers, the steps they should follow are:

  1. If not already signed into their store account, the customer must sign into their store account using the SIGN IN link on your store pages.

  2. When signed in, the customer will click the MY ACCOUNT link.

  3. The customer will click the Account Settings tab.

  4. The customer will click the edit link located at the top right of the Account Settings tab. Editable fields where the customer may update their information will be displayed.

  5. When the customer has finished updating their information, they must click the Save button to save their changes. Their updated profile information will now be displayed in the Account Settings tab of their account.
