Edit registration information for integrated UPS functionality

Learn how to access and make changes to your UPS registration information.

Edit your UPS registration information

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Click the Store link.
    The Store link is under Control Panels.
  3. Go to Shipping Manager.
    The Shipping Manager link is under Order Settings.
  4. In the Shipping Resources box, click the UPS Registration Information link.
    The Shipping Resources box and UPS Registration Information link.
  5. Select the store which has the UPS registration information you wish to edit and click the Continue button.
    Select your store.
  6. On the Integrated UPS Functionality Registration Wizard, edit your UPS registration information.
  7. Click the Continue button.
    The Continue button.
  8. Read the Integrated UPS Functionality Access User Terms. If you accept the terms, click the I Agree button.
    The I Agree button.

Important: Please remember that your ZIP/Postal Code for your contact information must match the information on file for your UPS account.
