Change PHP version

Update your PHP version

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Click the Web Hosting link.
    The Web Hosting link under Control Panel.
  3. Click MultiPHP Manager in the Software module.
    The MultiPHP Manager link under Software.
  4. Click the checkbox next to your domain to select it.

  5. In the PHP Version dropdown, select the PHP version to update to and click Apply.

Outdated PHP version warning notice

If you see an outdated PHP version warning notice in WordPress Toolkit:PHP Version Outdated Warning.
And your website displays a blank white page or a critical error message:PHP Version Outdated Website Error Message.

You must update your website's PHP version to correct the error.

Important: Back up your website before changing PHP versions. 

To update your website's PHP version in WordPress Toolkit, click the Try another version link in the warning notice or click the Open PHP settings link to follow the steps above in the MultiPHP Manager. WordPress Toolkit will perform a Smart PHP Update forecast before changing versions. If there are any issues present, PHP Smart Update will list them for you to review before switching PHP versions.
