Learn how to locate a video URL and embed code on YouTube.

Find your YouTube video URL

  1. Find the video on YouTube.
  2. Click the SHARE link on the bottom-right corner of the video.
    The SHARE link.
  3. In the Share a link dialog, click the COPY link to the right of the video URL.
    The COPY link.
  4. You can now paste the URL in the desired location.

Find your YouTube embed code

  1. Find the video on YouTube.
  2. Click the SHARE link on the bottom-right corner of the video.
    The SHARE link.
  3. Click the Embed icon.
    The Embed icon.
  4. On the bottom-right, click COPY. The embed code will be copied to your clipboard.
    The COPY link.
  5. You can now paste the embed code in the desired location.
