Forward or reply to an email in Full-featured Mail

  1. Sign into your business email account.
  2. Open an email.
  3. Choose one of the following:
    • Reply - Reply to the last sender.
      The Reply option.
    • Reply All - Reply to all recipients.
      The Reply All option.
    • Forward - Send the message to a new recipient.
      The Forward option.
  4. Compose and send your message.
    The Send button.

Forward or reply to an email in Basic Mail

  1. Sign into your business email account.
  2. Open an email.
  3. Choose one of the following:
    • Reply - Reply to the last sender.
      The Reply option.
    • Reply All - Reply to all recipients.
      The Reply All option.
    • Forward - Send the message to a new recipient.

  4. Compose and send your message.
