Import your contacts to business email

Learn how to import contacts from Yahoo and other email providers into your business mail account.

You can have up to 5,000 contacts in business email. Note: The Import Contacts feature is only available in Full-featured Mail.

Import contacts to your business email

You can import contacts directly from supported email providers: Yahoo, Gmail, and Aol.
  1. Sign in to your business email account.
  2. Click the Contacts icon on the top-right.

  3. In the Contacts pane, click the icon on the top-right, then select Import.

  4. Under Import Contacts, click the Import link to the right of Yahoo, Gmail, or Aol. Note: If you're importing contacts from one business email account to another, select Yahoo.

  5. You'll be prompted to sign in to your Yahoo, Gmail, or Aol account. Note: If you choose Yahoo, you may also be prompted to sign in again to your business email account. If you choose Gmail or Aol, you will be prompted to allow Yahoo to access your account in order to import the contacts.
  6. You'll see the status and update of the import. Note: If you decide to cancel the import, click the Stop importing link.

That's it! Your contacts are now imported to your business email account.
