Give your business mail users additional email addresses

Learn how to create aliases for your users' mailboxes.

Messages sent to an alias are automatically delivered to the mailbox associated to the alias.

Note: Aliases can't be created on Custom Mailbox plans.

Create an alias

  1. Sign in to your Email Control Panel.
  2. Click the Add link or Edit icon. Note: You'll see Add if the mailbox has no aliases, the Edit icon if it does.
    Both are found in the Aliases column.
  3. In the Manage Aliases dialog:
    • Enter an alias in the Add Aliases field.
    • Click the Add link.
    • Repeat these steps if you wish to add additional aliases.
    • Click the Done button.
    You'll find these options in the lower half of the Manage Email User window.

Note: Business email is not a feature on Website Builder Lite plans.
