Set up business email on a Windows 7 phone with IMAP

1. Access the App list (tap the right arrow or swipe to the right).
   
2. Tap Settings.
   
3. Tap email + accounts.
   
4. Tap add an account.
   
5. Tap advanced setup.
   
6. Enter your full business email address (e.g. john@widgetdesigns.com) and the app password you created, then tap Next. Learn more about app passwords.
   
7. Tap Internet email.
   
8. Enter the following information then tap advanced settings.
   • Account Name: Enter a description for this email address.
   • Your name: Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the From field of your outgoing messages.
   • Incoming email server: imap.mail.yahoo.com
   • Account Type: IMAP4
   • Username: Enter your full Business Mail address.
   • Password: The app password you created. Learn more about app passwords.
   • Outgoing (SMTP) email server: smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com
   • Select the checkbox next to Outgoing server requires authentication.
   • Select the checkbox next to Use the same username and password for sending email.
     
9. Select the checkboxes for the following, then tap Sign in to complete set up.
   • Outgoing server requires authentication
   • Use the same user name and password for sending email
   • Require SSL for incoming mail
   • Require SSL for outgoing mail
