Domain locking is a free security enhancement, designed to prevent unauthorized transfers of your domain by locking your name servers. With domain locking, only you can make changes to your domain and unauthorized third parties won't be able to transfer your domain without your permission. Only the account owner can unlock a domain in order to change the domain's name servers, account administrators will not have the option.

Click the unlock your domain link, then you can change your name servers. Lock it again when you're done.

Verify your domain registrar. If your domain is not registered with Turbify, then you won't be able to manage your name servers using our services. If you'd like to use Turbify to manage your domain, you can always transfer your domain to Turbify.

Have you initiated a domain transfer? If you have started to transfer your domain to another registrar you won't be able to update your name servers until the transfer has completed. Learn more about domain transfers.
