An MX (mail exchange) record can be used to point your domain name email services to your own mail server.
If you decide to create an MX record for your domain name zone files, the email services provided in the plan you purchased from Turbify will no longer function. All email addressed to your domain will be handled by the server you specify in the MX record.
If you are not an advanced user, we strongly suggest that you not change these settings.
