Turbify has been doing updates to our system in 2023, including offering cPanel for our Web Hosting and Merchant Solutions customers.

With these updates, we've retired our old domain forward system for all products with that tool. It has been replaced with a domain redirect function. A redirect is like a forward, just with a slightly different set of options. Learn More.

If you had a forward set prior to April 2023, here's what happened with it:

• Unmasked forwards: Unmasked forwards have become Permanent (301) redirects.
• Masked forwards: Masked forwards have become Temporary (302) redirects.
• Forward to Turbify Hosted Site: Forward to Hosted Site forwards have become Permanent (301) redirects.

For all of these redirects, the browser will display the destination address that the redirect is set to.

Important: For our Web Hosting customers, the redirects have been moved to the Redirects tool in cPanel.
